FAQs

Q?

What is the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?

A.

A bookkeeper handles the day-to-day financial record keeping and reporting. An accountant specializes in the preparation and filing of taxes. Having a good bookkeeper is just as important to the growing business as having a good accountant.

Q?

If I hire a bookkeeper or a bookkeeping service, will I still need an accountant?

A.

Yes. We insist that all of our clients retain an accountant/CPA.  We will work closely with your accountant/CPA and provide whatever information they need in a timely, efficient manner.  If you do not currently have an accountant/CPA, we can provide several resources to locate one.
